I definitely want to say what good things your mat classes have done for me. Before I started my first class, I actually thought it would be too milktoast for me and I wouldn't get much out of it. Boy, was I wrong. I was hooked even before the end of that first class. Now, after 6+ classes, I'm still surprised that I'm doing things I thought a 30 year old could do but not a 60+ year old like me. I truly feel stronger, more flexible, and more connected to my body after every session.
